How to Buy?

EOW is a dynamic online emporium where you can buy original goods from highly skilled Designer-makers, creatives and independent Sellers from all over the world.

EOW offers the single point of purchase, quality control, security and refund policy to protect your statutory rights.

EOW also promises that prices remain the lowest on the web for all the listed items*.

All products are sent directly from 3rd-Party Sellers, so please read the following:



1. Each Seller has their own delivery method and costs. This is outlined on their Product Information page. We advise the customer to check the Seller's delivery Information prior to purchasing from them. Some Sellers will offer free delivery for a high value item or if you spend over a certain amount with them.


2. Seller's are based in the United Kingdom and the rest of the world. The Product Information page details clearly where the Seller is located. This will enable you to make an informed decision about proceeding with a particular purchase.


3. When ordering a product from another country, it is your responsibility to pay Customs Import Duty in order to receive your item. Please read our Customs Information  Royal Mail Customs Declaration forms for further information.


4. Each Seller may offer free delivery if you purchase a high cost item or pay over certain amount for an item from that particular Seller.
Delivery costs are specific to both product and Seller and any delivery promotions will be detailed on the Product information page.


5. If you purchase multiple items, from multiple Sellers, you will be responsible for the combined costs of delivery from each Seller. Your products will most probably arrive separately too.


6. Please ensure that you make yourself available at your specified delivery address at the time and date of the estimated delivery arrival. This should be at either:
• your home address
• your work address

If you are not available to receive the item, you could be liable for a returned item fee, as well as the additional cost for redelivery. Please note, estimated delivery dates are as described. EOW cannot guarantee the exact time or date of delivery.
EOW do not accept responsibility for delivery dates.


7. For special delivery requirements, or instructions for the courier (eg "access back entrance of building"), you should include this at the summary stage at checkout. Once you have placed the order, you cannot add further instructions or notes, so please contact the Seller for help.
