For security reasons all payments are processed by PayPal. EOW are committed to protecting your security and privacy. EOW does not receive or store any credit card information. This is handled solely by our payment provider, PayPal.

Paypal uses only an email address so no bank or personal information is passed over the internet and you receive a confirmation email for every transaction from Paypal. PayPal never shares your financial information with merchants for online purchases.

EOW ensure that only you can access your account. Your e-mail address, home address or any other details are not passed on to any party.

 Note: In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, the policy of most banks and card issuers is to cover all the charges. Some may limit your liability to just £50. If you are aware of an unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, please notify your card provider in accordance with its procedures.

 Protect Your Password. 
Try and make it difficult to guess. If you're using a public computer (in a library or Internet cafe always Sign Out when you've finished using EOW). Keep your passwords safe. Anyone who has access to your password can sign in to your account.

Note:
• Do not write down your passwords.
• Do not store them on your computer's hard drive.

Passwords stored there are vulnerable to theft from online hackers.



Forgotten your Password?
If you have forgotten your password, go to the Sign In page and click on the "Forgotten Password" link. EOW will email you a new password so that you can Sign In to your account. Once signed in, you have the option to change your password.

Note: Try to ensure that your password contains both numbers and letters.
